To get updated on what exactly is happening in the Dark Sneakers world, you may want to look below. But be forewarned, there are spoilers.

PROLOGUE: IN THE BEGINNING...

Birth: Two filler comics. Nothing more. We are introduced to Calvin, and learn that he is a freak living in a world of normal humans, and the other is my best shot at political commentary about school shootings.

Escape To New York: Its the summer and the high school gang decides to go to New York for break. Introduces Woz and Alex, plus tells of how Alex lost his left hand.

CHAPTER ONE

THE FRESHMAN MENACE

College: The group finally moves to their new home in The University of Quebec at British Colombia (UQBC), which is actually an active nuculear missile. Yule, the RA of Woz's floor, lets Woz stay with her after Woz gets locked out of her room.

Kill It Before It Breeds, Part I: The Mighty Nerd Empire sets a bounty hunter after Calvin, mistaking him for just another run-of-the-mill post-nuclear winter monster. Calvin and Alex have their own problems, as a woodpecker has decided to nest right outside their window. Woz sleeps in, avoiding turkey-buying duty. And Thanksgiving ALMOST goes on without something supernatural happening....

The Holy Nerd Empire: In an attempt to win the heart of Woz, the nerd “emperor”, Rex, invites her to a dinner in the hall kitchen. Nevermind the fact that he has never cooked anything in his life. So, through a series of predictable but utterly hilarious events, he destroys the Media Hall and is forced to live under Calvin’s bed.

Mr. Fandango: Just four strips of pure filler about a certain online ticket booking agency. Rex tries his best to stay in Calvin and Alex's room, so here we are.

Puma Alert: The problem with living in a post-apocalyptic wasteland is that you get mutated killer beasts. Like the mutated 10-foot Puma’s that has invaded the college. Luke thinks he see’s a Werepuma in the midsts, and it also looks as if an unknown foe from Calvin’s past had a hand in the bloody mischief….

Happy 1/1000th Millennium!: Jack, a werepuma sent from Hell to give Calvin the mysterious Dark Sneakers, appears. Jeffy, a Seraphim angel sent to stop Jack, also appears. They kind of do battle. We finally are given insight as to what Calvin's past REALLY is.

Finals of Doom: It's that time of semester for our favorite Canadian college kids! The teachers are being especially mean, the kids are all acting weirder than usual, and Calvin would just like to get on with his normal life.Even Woz has seemed to go temporarily insane. Through a series of terribly stupid mishaps, Calvin must tell Alex and Woz about his craving for human flesh. And then it just goes downhill from there. The Dark Sneakers have gone missing- and then they end up on Alex's feet. And then they kinda do bad things. Needless to say, studying just won't be the same again.

Monsters-R-Us: Rex and Luke decide to start up a monster hunting business, and they seem to be able to capture their first supernatural being when Cupid is sent down to Earth for his annual Valentines Day massacre. Calvin expresses his feelings towards Yule, but is let down because Cupid decided to become jaded. Rex is then "poisoned" by the winged love-bringer as a way to evade capture. Yet another twisted and screwed-up Holiday for the Dark Sneakers crew.

The Prerequisite Evil Twins: Right before Spring Break, something comes up that further complicates and soap opera-izes things. Upon learning of the nerd's run-in with the Cupid the Semigod, Kannon sends two clones after Rex and Luke. Meeting up with their intended targets, a massive battle of titanic proportion ensues.... and more of the ancient prophecy unfolds, and it surprisingly makes reference to the Candian College Kids. Alex learns of Rex's encounter with Cupid and the Vial of Prepubescent Love.

Spring: Love is in the air.... as Rex has to deal with his angst-ridden 15-year old hormones. This leads to some startling and maybe brash revelations. Woz gets to enjoy the undergound outdoors, and Calvin gets to hit Rex.

Kill It Before It Breed, Part II: The woodpecker is back! This time, due to some bigwigs deciding to look the other way after it is found that radiation is seeping into the college sector, the little beastie gets mutated. The bird then decides to make himself as much as a part of the group as he can. Everyone except Calvin seems to accept him, and Woz even names him Thelonius. But nobody seems to want to tell him about Calvins various secrets....

Chautauqua: Woz gets a chance to be a helpful member of the community when the Theatrical job of Sound Designer for Chautauqua, the annual play festival, is vacated. All is not as it seems, however, as Kannon is brewing a new plot... and instead of using Alex as collateral to bait Calvin, he tries at Woz.... plus, the meeting is at the break of dawn.

Bus Problems: An old enemy comes back to haunt Woz, as she and Yule find out that theives won't let something as trivial as the size of a bus stop them from stealing what they want. Thelonius makes his mark as an active member of the group in this one, as he helps the boys save the girls.

The End of All Social Life: Yule has work. Lots and lots of work. She also missed her class, and thus begins the rush to redeem herself through copying of notes.

Fun with Locked Doors: Rex, Calvin, and Alex get locked out of their room. This leads to many great misadventures all revolving around them trying to get back into the room. It als is a socio-political piece about the meanness of the College Regents.

Techies: Woz continues work on Chautauqua, getting a taste of the Nerd World in the process. She also has many near-death experiences, leading her to the truth about why she was actually hired. The gang is called in for a end-of-the-year showdown with the end-of-the-year play and Woz's assaultants.

Black and White: Calvin battles Jack for Woz's soul, as Jeffy and Woz herself search for the Dark Sneakers, which end up in the last place anyone would ever look. We learn more about The Creators, and the politics of the other planes of existence. But everyone else doesn't.

Finals Vs. Close Encounters of Everything Else: As the year comes to an end, our freshmen all seem to have everything but finals on their minds. Calvin dives deeper into his obsession with his mysterious lineage, and Thelonius tries to counsel both of the nerds, as well as the mutant. Oh yeah, and Rex and Luke capture aliens.
